1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing our website or engaging Rasvik Software Solutions Private Limited for software development, product, or consulting services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of our services.

2. Services

Rasvik provides custom software development, enterprise solutions, product platforms, AI solutions, cloud engineering, and related technology services. Scope, timelines, and deliverables are defined in project proposals or statements of work agreed with each client.

3. Payments & Fees

• Fees follow the commercial terms outlined in the applicable proposal or agreement
• Rates are typically quoted in INR unless otherwise stated
• Retainer and subscription services may require advance billing

4. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, client-owned deliverables transfer according to the project agreement upon full payment. Rasvik retains rights to pre-existing tools, frameworks, and proprietary products such as EduRaEMS, EduRaPay, and ConverFlow, subject to applicable licence terms.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Rasvik shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our website or services. Aggregate liability is limited as set out in the relevant commercial agreement.
