Refund Policy

1. Overview

This Refund Policy describes how Rasvik Software Solutions Private Limited handles payments, cancellations, and refunds for software development services, retainers, and product engagements.

2. Project Deposits

Project deposits and milestone payments are generally non-refundable once work for that phase has commenced, because engineering capacity and discovery effort are allocated specifically to your engagement. Any exception will be documented in writing in your agreement.

3. Cancellation

Clients may request cancellation according to the notice period in their statement of work. Fees for work completed, third-party costs incurred, and the current sprint or milestone remain payable.

4. Product Subscriptions

For SaaS or product subscriptions (where applicable), billing cycles and cancellation windows are defined in the product agreement. Unused periods after an active cycle begins are typically non-refundable unless required by applicable law.

5. Dispute Resolution

If you believe a charge was made in error, contact us within 14 days of the invoice date so we can review and resolve the matter in good faith.
